Mr. Stubblefield most recently consulted for one of the largest national owner operators of senior housing with over 270 communities. He helped lead the growth of new development on the West Coast. Prior experience included leading the development efforts for a West Coast based owner operator of residential real estate to source and lead design and entitlement efforts on acquisitions and new developments. He also acted as a principal of a regional development company that developed multifamily and senior housing. Prior to that he worked as a development manager for a development management firm that focused on multifamily and senior housing.
Responsibilities included: Land acquisition and sourcing new development sites, managing brokers, managing budget and pro forma, consultant management including construction management consultants overseeing general contractors, architect, engineering and other planning and design consultants, developing project budgets, coordinating entitlement approvals strategy, working with land-use attorneys, sourcing lenders and communicating with various equity partners.
