Northern California Senior Housing project
Partnered with prominent developer, conducted due diligence, negotiated and executed LOI and PSA, developed housing plan, and led design team and entitlement efforts
Southern california senior housing project
Sourced and evaluated land acquisition, managed due diligence, negotiated PSA, closed on land, led design and entitlement efforts.
PACIFIC nORTHWEST Apartment Project
Developed lender package, sourced debt financing. Was a principal of the development team that brought the project from conception to construction completion and full lease-up.
Midwest senior housing project
Negotiated land acquisition. Sourced consultant team. Applied for development application and led entitlement efforts successfully through neighborhood meeting, Planning Commission and City Council meetings. Primary liaison for ownership in coordinating with design team through design completion.
Los Angeles senior housing project
Worked with consultant team on strategy to successfully entitled senior living project.
Experience
Mr. Stubblefield most recently consulted for one of the largest national owner operators of senior housing with over 270 communities. He helped lead the growth of new development on the West Coast. Prior experience included leading the development efforts for a West Coast based owner operator of residential real estate to source and lead design and entitlement efforts on acquisitions and new developments. He also acted as a principal of a regional development company that developed multifamily and senior housing. Prior to that he worked as a development manager for a development management firm that focused on multifamily and senior housing.
Responsibilities included: Land acquisition and sourcing new development sites, managing brokers, managing budget and pro forma, consultant management including construction management consultants overseeing general contractors, architect, engineering and other planning and design consultants, developing project budgets, coordinating entitlement approvals strategy, working with land-use attorneys, sourcing lenders and communicating with various equity partners.
